Chamber Orchestra Presents Concertos for Spring

The five soloists, Josias Sanchez, Nicole Thorp, Heidi Baumbach,
Kendra Hill and Aaron Boscanin, received a standing ovation at the
conclusion of Saturday night's concerto concert.

Five student soloists and the Canadian University College Chamber Orchestra presented a delightful concert of excerpts from famous concertos, Saturday evening, April 13.  Under the direction of Dr. Aaron Au, the orchestra and soloists delighted the audience with the music of Sant-Saens, Mozart, Sibelius and Mendelssohn.  The printed program can be found here.



Dr. Aaron Au, who very ably served as CUC's interim violin professor and conductor of the Chamber Orchestra during the 2012-13 academic year, will be working in Edmonton this coming year as a church plant pastor.
