The Acronaires presented their annual Home Show three times to wildly appreciative crowds March 30, 31, and April 1.
Each show opened with a dramatic group routine under black light in a darkened gymnasium. “The combination of the music and lighting effects along with the students’ movements took my breath away,” said one member of the audience at Friday afternoon’s performance.
In addition to group routines each performance included exciting acts featuring the Russian bar, teeter boards, minitramps, sport acrobatics and cheer stunting. The printed program can be found here.
Acronaires have maintained an active performance and community service schedule this school year. Their year-end tour will take them to British Columbia.
Acronaires were coached this year by Levi New assisted by Rachel New and Tony Bentley. Team captains were Luke Edgson, Van Gulfan, Lindsy Gulfan and Ashtynn Shipowick.
